PAC Work Summary

In accordance with Partners’ agreements, an intergovernmental Policy Advisory Committee (PAC) was established to meet as needed to discuss and make decisions on selected policy issues. Meetings of the group are open to the public. The PAC consists of the mayors and town managers of Apex, Cary and Morrisville, or their designees, and considers policy matters which relate to the raw wastewater pumping and conveyance facilities, the water reclamation facility and treated effluent pumping and conveyance facilities. The mayor and the town manager of Holly Springs are also members of the PAC with respect to matters that relate solely to the treated effluent pumping and conveyance facilities.
